Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order for any study material or books Purchases. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have already been completed or if we have initiated the process of shipping either by ourselves or through the vendors/ merchants/ representatives whom we may appoint from time to time.
- No cancellations are allowed for products on which merupulu.com has given special offers for various purposes including but not limited to special occasions like New Year, festivals, specific examination etc. These are limited validity offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- Cancellations will not be entertained if that is in case of registration fee for our services (like mock tests/ Practice tests and Quiz and online study material.)
Refund Policy
- All refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 14 (Fourteen) business days of receiving cancellation request and mode of refund would be informed through useremail id which was provided at the time of order
- The refund is applicable for our products/services only until it’s dispatched or the login details for online access to test material etc. are disclosed/dispatched to you.
- Please include your order number (sent to you via email after your order) and do tell us why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
- merupulu.com reserves the sole right to cancel any order as per our discretion in case (i) we are unable to deliver our service or order in a satisfactory manner and/ or (ii) the user tries to take advantage of the system which violates the Terms of Use.
We do not provide refund any registartion fee for our online services otherthan books and material purchases. There is no obligation to provide refund. Each provider reserves the right to offer refunds, or other consideration in select circumstances at its sole discretion.
If We fail to provide the services in any unavoidable circumstances we will refund the registration fee with in 14 working days. We will inform that information through the users e mail.
