లా డిగ్రీ పూర్తి చేసిన అభ్యర్థులకు శుభవార్త. తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం త్వరలోనే అసిస్టెంట్ పబ్లిక్ ప్రాసిక్యూటర్ (APP) పోస్టుల భర్తీకి నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేయనుంది. రాష్ట్రంలో మొత్తం 262 ఏపీపీ పోస్టులు ఖాళీగా ఉన్నాయి. 118 ఏపీపీ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి ఇప్పటికే ఆర్థిక శాఖ అనుమతి ఇచ్చింది. ఈ పోస్టుల నియామక బాధ్యతను ప్రభుత్వం తెలంగాణ స్టేట్ లెవల్ పోలీస్ రిక్రూట్మెంట్ బోర్డు (TSLPRB)కు అప్పగించింది. ఈ పోస్టులను భర్తీ ప్రక్రియను వేగవంతం చేయాలని ఇటీవలే హైకోర్డు తీర్పు ఇచ్చింది. దీంతో వీలైనంత వేగంగా ఈ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేసేందుకు టీఎస్ఎల్పీఆర్బీ ఏర్పాట్లు మొదలు పెట్టింది.
హైకోర్టుకు నివేదించిన విధంగా మరో రెండు వారాల్లో ఈ నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీ చేయాలని బోర్డు యోచిస్తోంది. ఆగస్ట్ నెలాఖరులో వీలు కాకపోతే సెప్టెంబర్ మొదటి వారంలో నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీ చేసే అవకాశాలున్నాయని ప్రభుత్వ వర్గాలు తెలిపాయి. డైరెక్టర్ ఆఫ్ ప్రాసిక్యూషన్స్ పరిధిలోని ఏపీపీ పోస్టులకు రాత పరీక్ష ద్వారా ఎంపిక జరుగుతుంది. ఎల్ఎల్బీ డిగ్రీ అర్హత ఉన్నవారందరూ ఈ ఉద్యోగాలకు అర్హులవుతారు. గతంలో నిర్వహించిన నియామక ప్రక్రియ ప్రకారం రెండు పేపర్లుంటాయి.
ఏపీపీ పరీక్ష విధానం
రాత పరీక్ష లో వచ్చిన మెరిట్ మార్కుల ఆధారంగా నియామకాలు చేపడుతారు. గతంలో అనుసరించిన విధానంలో ప్రకారం పేపర్ 1, పేపర్ 1 పరీక్షలుంటాయి. మొత్తం మార్కులు: 200
పేపర్ – 1 (ఆబ్జెక్టివ్ టైప్ MCQ )
