స్వాతంత్య్ర దినోత్సవం కానుకగా తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం నిరుద్యోగులకు శుభవార్త ప్రకటించింది. అసిస్టెంట్ పబ్లిక్ ప్రాసిక్యూటర్ (APP) పోస్టుల భర్తీ నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేసింది. రాష్ట్రంలో 118 ఏపీపీ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి తెలంగాణ స్టేట్ లెవల్ పోలీస్ రిక్రూట్మెంట్ బోర్డు (TSLPRB) ప్రకటన విడుదల చేసింది. పోస్టుల ఖాళీలు, వేతనాలు, అర్హతలు, ఎంపిక విధానానికి సంబంధించిన డిటైల్డ్ నోటిఫికేషన్ను టీఎస్ఎల్పీఆర్బీ తమ వెబ్సైట్లో అందుబాటులో ఉంచింది. అప్లికేషన్ల ప్రక్రియ ఎప్పుడు ప్రారంభమవుతుందనేది త్వరలోనే ప్రకటన విడుదల చేస్తామని స్పష్టం చేసింది. టీఎస్ఎల్పీఆర్బీ విడుదల చేసిన ప్రకటనతో పాటు డిటైల్డ్ నోటిఫికేషన్ పీడీఎఫ్ ఇక్కడ అందుబాటులో ఉంది.
ఏదైనా డిగ్రీతో పాటు న్యాయశాస్త్రంలో బ్యాచిలర్ డిగ్రీ (LLB/BL) పూర్తి చేసిన అభ్యర్థులు ఈ పోస్టులకు అర్హులవుతారు. లేదా ఇంటర్మీడియట్ తర్వాత 5 సంవత్సరాల లా కోర్సు పూర్తి చేసి ఉండాలి. తెలంగాణలోని క్రిమినల్ కోర్టుల్లో కనీసం 3 సంవత్సరాల యాక్టివ్ ప్రాక్టీస్ ఉండాలి. నోటిఫికేషన్ తేదీ (15-08-2025) నాటికి ప్రాక్టీస్లో కొనసాగాలి. స్థానికేతరులు కూడా 3 సంవత్సరాల ప్రాక్టీస్తో 5% అన్ రిజర్వుడ్ పోస్టులకు అర్హులు, కానీ ఇది మెరిట్ ఆధారంగా భర్తీ అవుతుంది.
మల్టీ జోన్ వారీగా ఖాళీలు
మొత్తం 118 ఖాళీలలో మల్టీ జోన్–Iలో 50, మల్టీ జోన్–IIలో 68 ఖాళీలు ఉన్నాయి. వీటిలో డైరెక్ట్ రిక్రూట్మెంట్ ద్వారా 95 పోస్టులు, లిమిటెడ్ రిక్రూట్మెంట్ (బ్యాక్లాగ్) ద్వారా 23 పోస్టులు భర్తీ చేయబడతాయి. లిమిటెడ్ రిక్రూట్మెంట్ ఖాళీలు ఆయా మల్టీ జోన్కు చెందిన స్థానిక అభ్యర్థులతోనే భర్తీ చేయబడతాయి.
వయోపరిమితి
2025 జులై 1వ తేదీ నాటికి అభ్యర్థుల వయస్సు 34 సంవత్సరాలు మించకూడదు. జీవో నెం. 30 ప్రకారం గరిష్టంగా 12 సంవత్సరాల అదనపు వయో సడలింపు వర్తిస్తుంది. SC, ST, BC, EWS అభ్యర్థులకు 5 సంవత్సరాలు, శారీరక వైకల్యం ఉన్న వారికి 10 సంవత్సరాలు, ఎక్స్-సర్వీస్మెన్కు సేవా కాలం + 3 సంవత్సరాలు, తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులకు గరిష్టంగా 5 సంవత్సరాలు.

పేపర్-I:ఆబ్జెక్టివ్ టైప్, 200 ప్రశ్నలు → 200 మార్కులు
నెగటివ్ మార్కింగ్: తప్పు సమాధానానికి 25% మార్కు కోత
కనీస అర్హత మార్కులు: OC/EWS – 40% BC – 35%, SC/ST/OH – 30%
పేపర్-II: డెస్క్రిప్టివ్ టైప్, 200 మార్కులు

పేపర్-I అర్హత సాధించినవారికే పేపర్-II మూల్యాంకనం జరుగుతుంది.
